General Info
Doors will open at 7:30 am. Pool Play Starts at 8:30 am.
Coaches should sign in at the front desk upon arrival. If a roster was not completed on-line, a roster needs to be submitted prior to stepping on the courts. Be sure to include names, jersey numbers, and AAU numbers.
There is NO OUTSIDE FOOD permitted in the building! Please do not arrive with bags of donuts, cupcakes, pretzels, fast food items, pizzas, etc. as you will be asked to remove it and eat outside of the building.
There is a $5 spectator fee paid upon entering the building. This applies to adults and children over 10 years of age. You will receive a hand stamp or wrist band to enter and exit when you wish. Players and coaches are free.
Please do not park directly in front of the building ("Reserved for STAFF" signs are on the building's exterior wall).
Bleachers are provided in our gymnasium but please feel free to bring your own chairs and bleacher pads. If bringing your own chair, we ask that you do not sit on serving sides and keep 7 feet from court.
Please keep the areas clean and free from spills. If there is a spill, please notify the front desk immediately.
Please keep in mind that the only guaranteed start time are the first matches. Each match is played back to back therefore the times on the schedule may not reflect the time of the actual match. Please don’t rely on a match starting at a specific time if you want to watch your team.
Event Policy
AAU Volleyball Regulations and Expectations will be enforced:
Sportsmanship: It is the obligation of coaches, players, administrators, volunteers and other representatives of the AAU to practice the highest principles of sportsmanship and to observe the ethics of competition. Good sportsmanship is defined as qualities of behavior, which are characterized by courtesy and genuine concern for others. The display of good sportsmanship is a statement of the individual’s understanding and commitment to fair play, ethical behavior and integrity.

Roster Disclaimer
All rosters are due 7 days before the tournament date. Rosters submitted less than 7 days before the tournament date will have a $20 late fee accessed, the late fee must be paid before the team will be allowed to participate in the event.

Tournaments are sanctioned by AAU. The tournaments are OPEN TO ALL TEAMS that meet the requirements. All team players and coaches MUST have AAU memberships to participate in the tournaments.

Event Roster:
All players listed on the roster must be registered or members in good standing with their respective member organization.
All players must meet age classification requirements. NOTE: Age waiver players are NOT eligible for this event. Have copies of certified birth certificate available for inspection.
All staff listed on the team roster must be registered or members in good standing with their respective member organization. A staff member, listed on the roster for the team/club, will be with the team/club at all times while attending this competition.
A staff member, listed on the team roster, will be with the team and have in their immediate possession, during this competition, a complete and legible copy of the medical/emergency release form for each player listed on the official roster. (AAU forms are acceptable)
The team understands it is subject to any and all penalties for incorrect or incomplete information on this form or incomplete or incorrect results information.

Medals for Gold Medal Round - 1st & 2nd Place
PLUS
The Gold Medal winner of EACH of the tournament dates will receive a FULL REFUND of the team's tournament entry fee.
Each team is guaranteed a minimum of 4 matches.
EVENT POLICY
ALL teams must be registered BY MAIL or on AES, paid in full, and have submitted rosters to compete in this tournament.
One Referee will be provided for each court. Teams should be prepared to provide work teams for officiating duties.
TEAM CHECK IN
FACILITY DOORS OPEN: 7:30 AM
Upon arriving at the tournament site (At least ½ hour before tournament start time), coaches/team reps should check in, verify, date and sign their official team rosters. Each player should have one jersey number for the duration of the event. The team rep should sign off on the roster.

Teams will be accepted per tournament policy. The Tournament Contract must be fully completed, signed, with entry fee attached, and RECEIVED by the Tournament Director, at the address shown above no later than 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE TOURNAMENT DATE.

If accepted for this tournament, I understand that my team is responsible for fulfilling all work and competition requirements as set forth in the tournament rules as set forth herein. Refunds:
Tournament Director must receive written notice of withdrawal at least 60 days prior to the start date of the event, AND a suitable replacement for the team dropped must be found, in order for the withdrawn team to be considered for a 50% refund. If no replacement team enters the tournament, the withdrawing team will not be eligible for a refund.
Teams withdrawing less than 60 days prior to the event start date are NOT entitled to a refund.
